Can out of region PCA members create an account? Of course. Anyone with a valid PCA membership may create an account on this site.
Can I post a classified ad to sell a Porsche or Porsche parts without being a member? No, but a yearly membership is only $US 46, and will allow you to post private classifieds for a full year. During this year, after seeing what we do, you may re-consider the sale of your P car.

Why didn't I get the Activation Email? To complete your activation, a confirmation email is sent to the email address you supplied. This is to prevent bogus accounts.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, it may have been stopped by your spam filter. Check the junk directory on your mail server. In the case of business email addresses,emails are often blocked by the company or institution. If after several minutes you don't get an anything, contact the webmaster.
