BYLAWS
A meeting of the members of the Club was held at Mimico Cruising Club, 200 Humber Bay Park Rd W, Toronto on May 10, 2011 to confirm the new Bylaws of the Club passed by the Board of Directors on April 5, 2011.
There has been posted at the Club website a copy of the new Bylaws, as well as a copy of them marked to show the changes from the former Bylaws.
